California: Humboldt, Mendocino, Santa Cruz
Colorado: Boulder, Gilpin,Gunnison, LaPlata, Ouray, Pitkin, Saguache, San Juan, San Miguel (17.20%, largest in the nation), Summit
Kansas: Douglas
Massachusetts: Dukes, Hampshire, Franklin
Montana: Missoula
New York: Tompkins
Texas: Travis
Utah: Grand
Vermont: Windham
Washington: San Juan
Alaska: Anchorage, Juneau, Kenai peninsula, Sitka, Yakutat (combined legislative districts)
