Finger Lakes National Forest Info Meeting

Author: Neil Oolie

Topic: General News

The Finger Lakes Forest Watch Congress, [www.flfwc.org], is asking people to come to the National Forest Service's Open House/Public Meeting - Wednesday, July 18th at 5:30 PM. From The Finger Lakes Forest Watch Congress' web site:

They will be holding a Meeting in which they will have display tables for people to go around and ask different agencies questions. They will also have a general presentation in which attendees may speak or ask questions for 3 minutes each. This will be a good opportunity for you to make comments to the Forest Service and learn about some of the people that are leading this proposal through. The Finger Lakes Forest Watch Congress will be there, and you can talk to us as well if you like. Though likely the Forest Service will deny us a table again.

The meeting will be held at the Hector Fire Hall in Hector, NY. [Get directions here]
