Sustainabilty Conference in Buffalo, NY

October 10-13, 2001 Buffalo, NY will host a 4-day conference intended to explore ways in which our environmental, social and economic goals can be integrated in government, business and community development.

The Forum will be held in conjunction with Green Gold's 2001 Exposition. Special guests include Jan Goodall, David Suzuki, Paul Hawken and Sylvia Earle.

Goals are to:

1. Initiate a regional dialogue on sustainability in the public and private sectors.

2. Promote economic strategies based on environmental restoration.

3. Create informed constituencies and leadership inspired to work toward sustainability.

Dinner with David Suzuki, award-winning scientist, author and host of CBC's "The Nature of Things" on THURSDAY OCT 11

Lunch with Paul Hawken, business leader and author of the Ecology of Commerce and Natural Capitalism. His writings and work have caused CEOs to transform their internal corporate culture and business philosophy! FRIDAY OCT 12

Green Gold's 2001 Exposition featuring Western NY's leading environmental businesses.
