RAIN PLANS: extended forcast says zero chance.....but if it still rains all day: cancel event (check email) (MassageFest part goes on rain or shine, since it will then be upstairs at Autumn Leaves) However, we've also reserved all the pavillions so that's an option if it rains after we set up. It's fairly dry under the trees in front of the bandstand, so a light occassional drizzle shouldn't be a problem.
CHAIRS: We've rented 20 chairs, another 20 or so are there permanently, but anyone who would like should bring their own.
TABLES: We rented 40 eight foot tables. Each organization takes 4 feet. First come first serve.
