We have received *1,000* yardsigns that say, "No War on Iraq"...! Now we gotta get them out there all over the streets and highways of Tompkins County! Can you help?
The signs will cost $3.00 apiece. They will be free or reduced charge for those who can't afford them. For those who can help to *subsidize* those who can't afford, this would be fantastic! They will be available immediately at my house--125 Park Place, right side apartment. Please leave the money in a red tin outside the front door. And sign the clipboard that asks for your name and address--we're looking to create a database to see where we got 'em up.If you need to pay by check, please make out to "TCLWC". We are also a distribution point for the newest edition of the Ithaca Uproar...so please feel free to take some copies of that if stopping by for sign and distribute to your friends, neighbors, local stores, etc.
By Friday, the yardsigns will be available in the following locations:

******NOTE: If you'd be interested in helping to help in this endeavor by: 1) Going door-to-door canvassing to see if people want the signs;
2) Making phone calls to parties that we know may be very interested;
3) Actually physically delivering the signs to those not able to make it out, please let me know either by email or phone--256-9733.
